No complains at all, the venue met requirements. Overall had such wonderful stay in belle epoque ambience. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station. The room was spotless and warm with a nice view over the old town. My food for continental breakfast was fresh and all the staff were nice and welcoming.

Charming Art Deco interior design, Close proximity to major attractions, Unique room layouts

Outdated facilities could use a revamp!!! Inconsistent shower water temperature made for uncomfortable experiences. Lack of coffee-making facilities in the room is quite disappointing!!! Cold room temperatures need addressing to enhance comfort!!!

The location is excellent as it's very close to major attractions, making sightseeing easy.

Soundproofing is poor. I could hear noisy neighbors in the corridor, which disturbed my sleep.

hotel is small but cozy, bed was comfortable, panoramic windows, view from the window is good, location is very convenient - 10 minutes walk to the center, breakfast is also liked.

The only downside is bad soundproofing, you can hear conversations in the neighboring rooms.

My room was on the 5th floor and had the most fine view off the balcony. The brekkie spread was lekker and really hit the spot after a long night out exploring. Plus, they sorted my request for a bathtub which was a pleasant surprise!

The shower could be a bit inconsistent at times, but nothing major really.
